The Arabic numbers from 1-10 above are Feminine in gender. Except for number 1 and number 2, other numbers till 10 are used against a Masculine Noun.

Let’s take one more example. Let’s suppose you want to say 7 pens, for that, you need two words in Arabic; 7 and pens. The word for Pens is أقلام in Arabic, while the word for 7 is سَبْعَةُ. So, 7 pens will be سَبْعَةُ أقلام.
